1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of landmarkhomes-inc.com (the "Site") and your business relationship with Landmark Homes Inc., operating as Landmark Bath ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this Site or requesting services from Landmark Bath, you agree to these terms.

These terms are written in plain language because we believe you deserve to understand what you're agreeing to. If you have questions, call Scott directly at (804) 805-4600.

2. Using This Website

You may use this website for the purpose of learning about our services and requesting a free estimate. You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site
  • Submit false or misleading information through our forms
  • Reproduce or redistribute our content without written permission

We reserve the right to block access to anyone who misuses this site.

3. Estimates and Proposals

A free in-home estimate from Landmark Bath is exactly that — an estimate provided at no charge and with no obligation. An estimate is not a binding contract.

A project becomes a binding commitment only when both parties have signed a written agreement specifying the scope of work, price, and timeline. Until that agreement is signed, either party may withdraw without penalty.

Estimates are based on conditions observed at the time of the visit. If conditions differ from what was observed — for example, unforeseen structural issues discovered during demolition — Scott will discuss any changes with you before proceeding. We do not make scope changes without your knowledge and approval.

4. Scope of Work

All work performed by Landmark Bath will be described in a written agreement provided before any project begins. The written agreement governs the scope of the project. Verbal representations made during an estimate are superseded by the written agreement.

Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be documented in writing and agreed to by both parties before the additional work is performed.

5. Payment

Payment terms for each project will be specified in the written project agreement. Generally:

  • A deposit may be required upon signing to secure your installation date and order materials
  • Final payment is due upon satisfactory completion of the project
  • Accepted payment methods will be specified in your agreement

Landmark Bath does not require full payment in advance. If anyone representing Landmark Bath requests full payment before work begins, please contact Scott directly at (804) 805-4600 to verify.

6. Warranty

All Onyx Collection products installed by Landmark Bath carry the Onyx Collection manufacturer's lifetime warranty. Details of the manufacturer's warranty will be provided at the time of installation.

Landmark Bath warrants its installation workmanship. Questions or concerns about workmanship should be directed to Scott Matthews at (804) 805-4600. We stand behind our work.

7. Intellectual Property
